The EU DSA introduced eight new operational obligations for platforms that moderate content. Tuteliq ships them as default behaviour, exports, queues, audit trails, and all.
Statement of Reasons, exported, not assembled
Every moderation decision logged in Tuteliq is enriched with the exact fields the EU Commission's DSA Transparency Database expects. Push the export, ship it.

redress
Internal complaint, ODS body, or judicial recourse, pre-filled.
What's covered out of the box
The DSA isn't one obligation, it's a stack. We mapped the operational ones to product surfaces so your legal team isn't reverse-engineering a CSV at midnight.
- Statement of Reasons in DSA database format (JSON, ndjson)
- Per-decision unique identifier, timestamp, automated/human attribution
- Article 16 notice-and-action workflow with full audit trail
- Article 17 internal complaint mechanism
- Article 22 trusted-flagger queue with priority routing
- Article 24 transparency reporting helpers
- Article 27 recommender-system configuration logs
- Article 28 minor-protection signals (age confidence, etc.)
What we don't do
Tuteliq is not a legal opinion. We don't tell you whether you're a hosting service, an online platform, or a VLOP. We don't determine your appropriate measures under Article 28, that's your DPO's call. And we don't file your reports with the Commission for you.
We give your team the data, in the right shape, with a defensible audit trail. That's usually the part that takes six months to build internally.
Need an SoR sample to take to legal?
We'll send you an anonymised export of 1,000 decisions in the exact format the EU Commission accepts. Your counsel will know in 5 minutes whether it works.
DSA compliance FAQ
Does Tuteliq's Statement of Reasons exporter work with the EU DSA Transparency Database?
Yes. Tuteliq exports Statement of Reasons records in the exact ndjson schema accepted by the EU Commission's DSA Transparency Database, covering all mandatory fields under Article 17.
Which DSA articles does Tuteliq help with?
Tuteliq maps to Articles 16 (notice and action), 17 (Statement of Reasons), 22 (trusted flaggers), 24 (transparency reporting), 27 (recommender systems) and 28 (child protection measures).
Is Tuteliq a substitute for legal counsel on DSA obligations?
No. Tuteliq provides the tooling, workflows and audit trails, but classifying your service (hosting, online platform, or VLOP) and determining appropriate measures remains the responsibility of your legal and DPO teams.
Do you retain user content used to generate Statements of Reasons?
No. Tuteliq operates with zero content retention. Statement of Reasons records contain structured decision metadata only, not the underlying user content.
