Tuteliq has joined DigitalWell Accelerator Cohort 11. See us pitch at Demo Day in Oslo on 26 November, and learn how we detect harm before it happens.

We’re pleased to share that Tuteliq has been selected for Cohort 11 of the DigitalWell Accelerator, run by DigitalWell Ventures. On 26 November, we’ll pitch at Demo Day in Oslo. You can join us in person or watch the livestream.

Kids shouldn’t need luck to be safe online

That line from DigitalWell’s introduction sums up why Tuteliq exists.

Harm to children online rarely arrives as one obviously bad message. Grooming, sextortion and coercion unfold as sequences: a compliment, a question about who else is home, a move to a private app, a request for secrecy. Each message can look ordinary on its own. The pattern is what matters, and most safety tools aren’t built to see patterns.

Tuteliq was built by criminologists and engineers to close that gap. Our CEO and CTO, Dr Gabriel Sabadin, has spent more than 25 years in machine learning. He holds a PhD in computer science and has worked with Citibank, Adobe, Apple and Mastercard, before choosing to put those skills towards protecting children. Our Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Nicola Harding, brings criminological research on how harm develops and how it can be interrupted.

What we build

Tuteliq isn’t a parental control app. We build the detection layer that platforms put into their own products, including games, social and messaging apps, dating services and AI companions.

Our proprietary machine-learning models follow how a conversation develops over time, not just single messages. That means they can spot the early stages of grooming and other harms, when a child can still be protected. They work across text, voice, images and video, detect 13 online harms in 32 languages, and store nothing they analyse.

Teams can use Tuteliq in three ways:

through our API and SDKs under licence, running the models inside their own infrastructure through Google Cloud Marketplace Where we are now

Tuteliq has its first paying customers and is a member of the Internet Watch Foundation. Over the coming months, we’re:

completing independent benchmarks of our models finishing our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 external audits closing our current funding round looking for a commercial co-founder

Joining DigitalWell gives us access to a community of founders, investors and experts focused on digital wellbeing, at the moment we’re scaling.

Our goal

We want every platform that children use to be able to notice the first signs of risk before harm happens, without reading or storing everyone’s private conversations. Child safety and privacy shouldn’t be a trade-off.

See us at Demo Day
