Five measured signals, one transparent result
The weights always total 100. Subscription plan, spend, company size, and commercial relationship do not affect the result.
Incidents reviewed
The share of real incidents that have moved beyond the new state.
Time to first review
The median time between detection and the first recorded moderation decision.
Open queue age
The age of the oldest incident still open or escalated.
Detection coverage
Five points for each live modality: text, image, audio, and video.
Integration health
The share of connected platform integrations currently reporting healthy.

Evidence rules
- At least five real incidents are required before a classification appears.
- Test, sandbox, simulation, training, playground, and demo incidents are excluded.
- The dashboard and public Trust Center use all recorded activity and the same formula.
- The calculation date and all five component values appear beside the result.
- The classification can rise or fall as operational evidence changes.
What it does not establish
- It does not establish compliance with the Online Safety Act, DSA, COPPA, KOSA, or any other law.
- It does not assess every product control, policy, user journey, or harm outside Tuteliq.
- It is not the Child Safety Detection Transparency Framework and does not replace that disclosure.
- It is produced by Tuteliq, a commercial safety technology provider, not an independent auditor.
03 · MARKET CONTEXT
Comparison is separate from classification
Tuteliq only shows network context when an anonymised benchmark contains at least five contributing platforms. The classification itself is never presented as a percentile or market rank. When the minimum cohort is not available, no comparison is shown.
