Who we are looking for
We do not ask how much you have raised. We ask what your product does for young people.
- Your product is used by, built for, or built around children and young people.
- There is a clear child-safety or wellbeing purpose to what you are building.
- You are an early-stage company that has not yet raised a Series A.
- You can integrate within 90 days of approval.
- You are willing to publish a Trust Center page and be named as a member of the programme.
After the first year
There is no cliff and no automatic charge. We contact you before the grant ends.
- 50% off your first paid year, on whichever plan fits your volume.
- No forced upgrade. You can stay on a metered plan or leave with your data.
- Anything you have logged remains exportable and, where enabled, client-side encrypted.

What does the Startup Program actually cost?
Nothing for twelve months. There is no card required and no automatic conversion to a paid plan when the year ends, we contact you before your grant expires.
Who is eligible?
Early-stage companies whose product is meaningfully connected to children or young people: games, edtech, AI companions, kids' social apps, family tools, youth mental-health services. We look at the mission rather than the size of your funding round.
Do you take equity or data rights?
No equity. We ask only for permission to name you as a programme member, and for optional consent to include anonymised, aggregate detection signal in our public child-safety research.
How long does review take?
Applications are read by a human on our team. Expect a decision within five business days, whether that is a yes or a no.
What happens to my data?
The same zero-storage model as every other Tuteliq customer. Raw content is deleted immediately after inference and incidents are encrypted with a key held in your browser.
