GDPR FAQ
Is Tuteliq GDPR compliant?
Yes. Tuteliq is built for GDPR, with EU data residency, zero content retention, end-to-end AES-256-GCM encryption, and support for all data subject rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection.
Where is user data processed?
All AI processing happens on EU infrastructure. Tuteliq uses Mistral (Paris) and OpenAI Whisper via Vertex AI EU, with Supabase used only for webhook relay. No raw user content is stored.
Does Tuteliq offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. A GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreement is available at /legal/dpa and applies automatically to all paid plans.
How do users exercise their GDPR rights on Tuteliq?
Data subjects can request access, correction, deletion, portability or object to processing by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@tuteliq.ai. Requests are handled within 30 days as required by GDPR.
